Ordering on line is fast and efficient if you follow these helpful hints.

  • Build a quick list that contains the items you order often.
  • Whenever you have to search for an infrequent item that you might want to order again don’t forget to add it to a quick list for convenience next time.
  • Use the permanent notes section of the quick list to link a product with an identifying use. For example a toner cartridge might contain the note “Bill’s HP Printer” This way you don’t have to match the model number to a product SKU each time.
  • If you have a lot of items on your quick list organize them into several lists by category. You might choose names like: “Standard Re-order Items”, “Infrequent Items”, “Toners”, “New Employee Set Up” or “Presentation Materials”.
  • Remember only a supervisor can setup, edit or delete company wide quick lists. Get everyone on the same page and standardize your supplies.
